Meet The Venue

Hello Dreamers

As a New York City event planner & event stylist, it is very important to get to know the small gems in the neighborhoods. Luckily we were able to partake and view a distinct venue right in our backyard. Special thanks to our friends and partners at SixPlus Dining whom put a well thought out elegant event for us who work very hard in the event industry.

The event took place in Little Park Restaurant, located on 85 West Broadway, the first floor of the posh Smyth Hotel in the heart of Tribeca. We were warmly greeted with a lovely smile and firm handshake by Yvonne Escobar the private events manager. Perhaps I should start by letting you know a little bit about Little Park. Shall we get started?

Little Park is a seasonal restaurant highlighting the best ingredients from Chef and owner Andrew Carmellini’s longtime partnerships with local farmers, anglers, vintners, ranchers and foragers. Peak ingredients like organic vegetables, free-range poultry, grass-fed meats, line-caught fish and heirloom grains are sourced for their level of quality, sustainability and nutrition. Little Park also offers breakfast and lunch service daily and weekend brunch.

Little Park’s cocktail menu combines the classics with unique seasonal offerings by mixologist Anne Robinson. Beverage Director Josh Nadel’s wine list focuses on cooler climates of the Mediterranean and the Old World. Progressive, domestic wines from cooler regions of the Pacific Northwest, California and New York State enhance these selections.

Previously mentioned we were warmly greeted with a lovely smile and firm handshake by Yvonne Escobar the private events manager, who provided a tour. The cozy venue has a lower level private room featuring a private bar, a candlelit black stone fireplace, comfortably seating 20-70 or host up to 125 standing. Making this a chic, elegant and cozy scene for a rehearsal dinner, engagement gathering or even milestone celebration.

Yvonne also took us to explore the dining room area. Their 85 seated area features comfort and craft. White marble mosaic tile floors and reclaimed wood come together delivering a minimalist elegant earthy atmosphere. Top notch birthday brunch vibes I say! Last but not least the private back room at Little Park has a cozy enclave with a wooden fireplace and private bar. Reserved for private events, it includes a complete top shelf bar in addition to their refreshing seasonal beverages and delightful foretastes. Hosting up to 50 standing.

As we continued a delightful night full of laughter, raffles and great company we couldn’t pass up the signature drink of the night. Hot Tin Roof! Consisted of vodka, turmeric, ginger, honey, lemon and cayenne pepper flakes; a combination you could not resist. I highly recommend you try this spicy yet succulent spirit. I bet you won’t be able to resist.

Please enjoy a few photographs taken at our event and we hope to assist you further in booking such lovely venue for your event needs.
